Commercial property lease for a charity shop

Hi everyone,I hope you're well. I was wondering if anyone could help me — I have a commercial property lease contract for a charity shop, and I need a solicitor to review it before signing.
Does anyone know a solicitor or legal service who could look over the lease for me? Since it's for a registered charity, I’d also like to know whether any legal firms offer this service for free or at a reduced rate for charitable purposes — or what the expected cost might be.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
