- Welcome and intro. Outline of the discussion questions. (5 mins)
- Ian's talk on how to find funding in tough times (10 mins)
- Split into small groups. Introduce yourself, and chat through the conversation-starters. (40 mins)

- Traditionally, it was said 1 in 3 warm and 1 in 10 cold bids were successful but we know it’s much worse now. What sort of success rate are you achieving?
- What area of fundraising do you find has become most challenging?
