- Welcome and intro. Outline of the discussion questions. (5 mins)
- Lauren's talk on how to design a culture of confidence at your charity (10 mins)
- Split into small groups. Introduce yourself, and chat through the conversation-starters. Reshuffle. (40 mins)
- Regroup and sign off. (5 mins)
