Good afternoon,
I am hoping some of you might be able to help and point me in the right direction. I am currently freelancing for an organisation which has been running for a fantastic 11 years. It has been Trustee ran. They are all medics. It is a internation humanitarian charity specialising in medical aid.
However, they are desperately running out of money, I am freelancing for 12 hours a week... and tend to volunteer the same amount of time on top in the hope I can turn this around.
Please can you advise what your top 3 priorities would be and your top 3 'quick win' fundraising ideas would be?
