Does anyone have good suggestions for recruiting a new Chair? We have advertised on charity jobs and got no enquiries. We have explored networks locally and everyone is committed or otherwise unavailable. We have an AGM quite soon and there is no-one on the current Board easily able to take on the role. We considered paying a recruitment agency but this could be expensive and we have no guarantee we will get the right person. I've spoken to other local organisations and the problem seems sadly very common.
