Hi, I'm a Change Manager currently working on an anti-racism programme. 

The discovery / design for this programme has taken quite a long time and for good reason, as our Subject Matter Experts have shown us that anti-racism is complex and racism is interwoven with current structures and ways of working,. 

So there is a certain amount we can do that is practical and tangible (eg adding anti-racism principles to all our policies, etc), but if we want to really tackle the issue rather than tick boxes there is a long behavioural journey ahead that is likely to need a cyclical approach with activity being tested, refined and then re-planned - IE not wed to classic project / programme longer term planning.

As a Change Manager with experience of more traditional project / programme structures this feels challenging and I wondered if anyone had any tips of tools or approaches to managing this kind of change approach and measuring success?
