Hello all

Today, please let me know about volunteer application forms and funding (we are funding beneficiaries) application forms.

1. Volunteer application form: Is there any specific charity volunteer application form I should use? Is there any legal requirement that I should include in creating the Volunteer application form?

2. In creating a funding application form (we are funding the applicant to access our MH tools), again, is there any specific questions regarding the applicant's financial status? (obviously follows GDPR). Also, how do we check that they are telling us the truth about their financial situation (in the form, it says if they are not being honest, they are not likely to get funding, but how do we ensure that)?

If anyone has any experience with these matters I would appreciate your help!
