Which forms do new trustees need to sign? (Anonymous post 🤫)

We are a small new CIC and need to open a bank account in order to raise funds. However, we have been rejected by Starling - without a clear reason, and, reading between the lines, we seem too small fry and are not likely to bring in huge funds in a hurry. But we need the account to bring in funds........
Can anyone advise?
Grateful for any suggestions.
