Our chair person tends to make many decisions without consulting other trustees, this person is also a local councillor and seems do whatever suits the narrative. Other trustees were oblivious to his behaviour because he doesn’t involve them in most cases. He frequently upsets staff, has no trust for anyone involved in the charity and micro managers everything and staff, he has been caught lying on several matters, staff often leave or go off sick.Â
Recently the trustees are being aware of his behaviour yet do nothing to change it. I think they don’t know how to handle this issue.
