Is there a requirement to register at Companies House directors of charitable companies who are co-opted as Trustees. They can only be elected as Trustees/Directors at the AGM - is this the point that registration is required at Companies House? If so can anyone point me in the direction of guidance/legislation please, I can't seem to get a straight answer by just googling!
