- Albert Hunt Trust - UK registered charities for physical and mental welfare, including for hospice appeals.
- CRASH – construction projects, homelessness and hospices, grants and other support.
- Day Trippers Foundation - recreational and educational day trips for groups of children and young people (aged 5-25 years) who have disabilities or life-limiting conditions in the UK.
- DM Thomas Foundation for Young People - Central Grants - UK registered charities working with young people (up to 25 years), which focus on children and young people with disabilities, who are sick in hospital or who are life limited.
- Doyly Carte Charitable Trust - music and art therapy to improve the quality of life for the elderly and the disabled, and in palliative care and in hospices, especially hospices operating in low income and/or remote parts of the UK. Alleviating the suffering of adults and children with medical conditions who have difficulty finding support through traditional sources.
- Eveson Charitable Trust (West Midlands) - UK registered charities working in the West Midlands; hospices.
- Fidelity UK Foundation - London, Kent or Surrey. Health, including disability, palliative care and centres of excellence involved in ground-breaking research and treatments to address chronic illness (with a particular focus on investment in specialist equipment).
- Garfield Weston – capital, treatment and support.
- Happy Days Childrens' Charity - days out and respite breaks for children learning difficulties, physical or mental disabilities, acute, chronic or life limiting illnesses, been abused or neglected, witnessed domestic violence, been bereaved or act as carers for a parent or a sibling.
- Hodge Foundation – local hospices.
- Hospice UK - Rank Foundation Awards - capital projects in adult hospices that are members of Hospice UK, which have a direct impact on older patients.
- Hospice UK Open Grants Programme - for hospices and their staff.
- Hospital Saturday Fund - One-off grants for medical capital projects, medical care or research, medical training and running costs.
- James Tudor Foundation - UK registered charities for palliative care.
- Masonic Charitable Foundation – Hospice Grants - core operating costs to hospices in England and Wales that receive 60% or less of their funding from the NHS.
- Make-A-Wish Foundation - life changing experiences for seriously ill children.
- Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children - specialist equipment and nursing for children with complex and life limiting conditions.
- Shanly Foundation - causes including the young, the elderly, those with a physical handicap, mental illness, injury or life limiting illness. Berkshire, Bucks, Hamps, Herts, N London, Oxon, and W Sussex.
- Sir Jules Thorn Charitable Trust – hospices; core funding the maximum grant available is £5,000 and for capital projects the maximum is £10,000.
- St James Place Charitable Foundation – apply via Hospice UK.
- Sylvia Waddilove Foundation UK - registered charities for the relief of disability and severe illness.
- The Albert Van Den Bergh Charitable Trust - Small grants for UK registered charities; care for patients who have cancer, multiple sclerosis or other diseases.
- The Boparan Charitable Trust - small grants for disabled or terminally ill children. Families can complete the application form and a supporting letter from professional (e.g. Social Worker or GP) is also generally required.
- The L and R Gilley Charitable Trust - charitable organisations that provide services in Devon and Birmingham for the care of the terminally ill and the frail elderly in their own homes.
- The Mason Le Page Charitable Trust - charitable organisations undertaking projects for cancer relief and care in London.
- The Wolfson Foundation – new buildings, refurbishment and equipment.
- True Colours Trust - Small Grants (UK and Africa) - Small grants to UK registered charities and organisations with charitable status working to support the development of palliative care across Africa.
- Wallace and Gromit Children’s Charity - Registered charities that enrich and improve the quality of life of children in UK hospices.
- Will Charitable Trust - UK registered charities; care of and services for people suffering from cancer.
- Woodroff Benton Foundation - provision/maintenance of care and accommodation for the sick and elderly.
