We have had a request for information from a firm of solicitors and exploring the history to the request, the person accessed our services around 2008 - 16, almost 17 years ago.
In this time-frame staff have changed and no-one from this time works here so no anecdotal history let alone any formal records - our data collection system was upgraded about 8 years ago. Is it fair to say "sorry, we are unable to provide the information due to the number of years??"
