Hi there, I recently started working for a small charity as their fundraiser. I am starting from scratch in many ways (they don't have any form of contact database) we use just giving as the donation platform and Meta business suite to schedule social media posts but other than that not much more from a fundraising point of view. They have systems for finance and reporting so I am looking from a fundraising perspective as well as organisation contact database.

I have been looking at CRM's and donation management platforms but am getting totally overwhelmed and confused. I also need to look at how we introduce contactless donations. I can't get my head round what we need and how it all ties together with our website, social media, events etc. I have also seen people mentioning mail merge as something else we might need. 

Would anyone be willing to have a teams call with me to try to help me make sense of all this as I feel totally out of my depth. Thank you in advance, Sarah
