This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We have a very small charity and the trustees are currently facing trouble from volunteers who are demanding for them to become trustees. We would like to change our model constitution as soon as possible so that the volunteers can not infiltrate. Please can someone guide me to the people that can get this done as soon as possible. Solicitors or such like?
