How to console staff after hearing about a deceased client

We are a small charity, 600 clients and our team talk to our clients on the phone regularly, sometimes one to one, all team DBS checked. Very occasionally they discover a lonely client at their home deceased. We need to provide some counselling free or at a modest cost. Any thoughts please? Peter.
