I am aware I asked a similar question previously, and I had some great answers but I am still not sure how to structure how the business can be compensated: the business we have jointly set up with as a charity is a self-employed sole trader (they are the founder of the charity). 

We have set up the charity together to support those who are financially disadvantaged to access MH tools and services the business provides. The business has always done pro-bono as part of the CSR. However, the charity will fundraise separately from the business,  seek other charities to work with, as the charity is entirely independent of the business. So the question is how can the founder as the business can be 'paid'/compensated without it appearing as if it is benefitting from the work with the charity? Is it as simple as declaring it as a conflict of interest? and have a clear written agreement/constitution?
