We are a very small CIC with 3 directors, 2 of which run the wellbeing sessions we offer.We all have other commitments too.
Can you advise on how we get support to apply for funding, keep the accounts in order or update a very out of date website.At the moment it's just me and obviously that's not sustainable.
We would like to apply for bigger pots and grow the CIC but I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I'm a facilitator and would like to do more facilitating.
