I'd be interested to know if there are any charities that offer counselling for colleagues in addition to their EAP. We have an EAP, but some staff members may may prefer to access their own counsellor.Â
We are considering developing a policy around this where we pay for sessions and it would be interesting know what this looks like at other organisations.
