Sick pay and time off provision policies

Hi everyone,

I have recently joined a charity who are looking at their offerings/policies on the following:

- qualifying periods for paying company sick pay

- types of leave and time off available, including whether they are paid or unpaid.

If anyone would be able to share theirs with me, that'd be great.
