Suggestions on how to work within my start-up charity?

So I am looking to start my own small youth charity, I have a board of trustees ready to go. What is the best route/structure to take I was thinking it will 100% have to be corporated?
I would like to be employed within the charity, as I will run the youth clubs - we also have 3 other members of staff.
Firstly, how do I start a charity without being a trustee? I would like to work within it.
