Hi,
We have had a custom and practice of term limits for Trustees but it isn't codified anywhere in our governing document.
We are therefore considering amending our Articles of Association to include term limits for Trustees (e.g. 2 x 3 year terms). The Charity Commission Model Articles don't really cover this situation, so I wondered whether anyone else had similar term limits in their Articles that I could look up and amend for our context?
