This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
We are a small team of staff and have over 100 volunteers across our projects, 3 of which gives food to the local community.
We have recently been made aware that some staff/volunteers may be taking items without permission - we are a generous organisation and have no problem supporting staff and volunteers in need, and are very much for preventing food waste. We feel time has come to write a policy regarding taking items aimed for staff and volunteers.
We're not really sure how to word it and was wondering if anyone has a policy or procedure covering similar 'eventualities'
