We have just recruited our first ever CEO and I'm wondering what you might be able to share about the challenges - not the mechanics of induction but more the subtleties that only appear after those first few weeks.
The new person is coming from a large national charity to work for a small/medium (£500k) sub-regional one and will have a very supportive board of trustees.
