What funding is out there for postgraduate learning?

Hi, is there funding or grants available for an employee to further there own learning at university from a charitable organisation that can not fund it themselves which would be hugely beneficial to the woman we work with as mental health issues are huge and the NHS struggle to help in a quick period turnover.

Any help or advice, or pointed in right direction would be greatly appreciated.
