Where can we look for donations to help children leaving the care system?

Hi I'm a children's residential support worker and I'm looking into helping children in care that will be leaving the care system and moving on to start a life for themselves. I'm looking into donations of all kinds to help get them started so any suggestions greatly appreciated.
