Which areas of working in a charity will be obsolete due to AI, and which areas will need more people?

Hello,

I am a teacher looking to change career and work in the charity sector. Fundraising, engagement and social media are areas of interest but I am wondering if these areas are going to be affected by the use of AI and make some of the roles obsolete/more competitive? I don't want to retrain and focus in areas to then not be needed.

I want to know which areas you think or know will need less people and which areas will need more?
