Can anyone point me in the right direction to establish if some individuals are entitled to holiday pay please?
We pay our coaches to run a few clubs and a throw away remark on the radio has got me thinking if they're entitled to holiday pay.
Now as context, our arrangements have always been quite informal; you turn up on Wednesdays for an hour and we'll give you £20. Side hustle rather than day job. It's term time only, some weeks skipped etc so no more than say 25 weeks in a year.
