Has anyone ever been a CEO for an organisation where all the trustees have the same background?
There is no diversity of skill sets for example no one from the commercial business world no one from any human resources everybody is reflective of the cause for example and art related charity all the trustees are artists no other skills.
Would you consider taking this post and do you think over time as a CEO I can change board composition? The recruiter hinted that they had a strategy plan in place for next 18 months but she hinted that they want a strong CEO that is not as reliant on. At the moment they have a CEO who is interim.
