Advice and guidance needed regarding property maintenance

Hello, a big ask, would anyone be able to assist me with how I would focus on a substantial amount of reactive property maintenance programme of 50 properties and then somehow push us across to a rolling maintenance programme. We currently use sept employed contractors. Any help would be most gratefully received. Thank you .
