Advice on opening a deposit account

We're a small charity with a current account and we want to open a deposit account to gain a little interest. The bank want us to have a trilateral document completed by a solicitor or an accountant.
Does anyone know a solicitor or accountant who provides this service? Our search so far has only discovered one solicitor, but we want to compare their quote....as due diligence.
