AI app for trustee meeting notes?

Hi - we are a small children's charity with seven Trustees, meeting every 8 weeks. Accurately taking notes from the Trustees meetings has always been difficult - no one wants, understandably, to have to take Minutes and then write them up!

Does anyone currently use GRAIN or a similar AI app - and if so what are your experiences - is it worth us trying an AI app at the next meeting?
