In my self employment which is in the arena of websites, website hosting and the development of small channels on platforms such as Youtube, I have been approached with what I think is a very good idea.
The idea is to create a Gaming community and Gaming team which is completely inclusive. To that end the doors will be open to people who have learning disabilities, mental illnesses and mental health challenges as a whole. That said, it will also be open to the public at large should they want to take part. The idea being that nobody is left out.
It is an intention for the creators of this idea to ultimately become a registered charity as the idea has arisen from their own respective backgrounds with learning disabilities and lower levels of mental health.
As we know, you can only become a registered charity if an actual service is being offered. Does anybody have any insight as to whether and online social media and safe-spot constitutes a service? Or any ideas as to how this should be handled so as to provide the opportunity later of becoming a registered charity?
Thanks, hope your day is going well so far.
