Does your charity contribute to your prescription glasses cost?

Afternoon everyone!
We are reviewing some of our employee benefits at the moment and I wondered how many organisations contribute to the cost of prescription glasses and if so, how much and with what frequency e.g. every two years.
Perhaps some of you provide this through health plans or voucher schemes?
