GDPR has flooded my inbox with opt-in e-mails - and e-books, and white papers, and guides - just like it has yours.
All of these come with the qualification - 'you must seek your own legal advice' - as does this post.
BUT, legal advice does have a cost, as does the advice that you may have sought to try to ensure that you do comply.
These are three features, just published today, which list the opinions of a number of 'experts', some of whom are saying that some of the opt-in e-mails may not have been necessary, that some of the processes you may have been through need not have been done, or should have been done differently.
Please do take a look, and if there is advice that contradicts that you have already been given, then at least you will be able to ask 'the question' ...
