I recently stepped into the charity sector, working in MarComms. It's my first time, and I'm the sole member of my MarComms department. Needless to say, it's been a bit of a learning curve!
I could really use some insights and advice from those experienced in the field. If you've got a moment, I'd appreciate any help you can offer with these questions:
- Can you provide an estimate of the number of content pieces (blogs, social media posts, etc.) one person is expected to produce in a month?
- What software/tools should I have access to from my workplace? Currently I only have Canva and Hoosuite
- How long should it take one person to create a campaign/newsletter/comms content- from initial ideas to final publication.
- Any tips for working in an environment where I am the only one with Marcomms knowledge?
