I'm registering with charity commission, when do I start keeping accounts for them, I'm finding the whole thing difficult, the nature of our organisation can be sensitive and many people we help don't want to give their details.

Is registering our organisation the right step, is it going to cause more work, we as a team are stretched to the limits.
What options do we have, what's best for us and our users, I'm finding it impossible to open a bank account in organisations name? Sorry for so many questions but we are overwhelmed and unfortunately non of us are very good on computers, we can all work emails, Facebook and simple things, what is our best way forward.
