Recently I saw a template letter produced by one of the accountants' umbrella bodies, helping any charity tell its bank why it shouldn't be treated like a business when it comes to anti-money-laundering regulations.
Among other things it mentioned that anonymous donations were all small, and so didn't give rise to material risks.
I can't now find it. Does anyone else know where it is?
