I wrote a post a few weeks back enquiring about wealth screening. I've since had a discussion with the lovely people at Prospecting for Gold, but my Exec Director feels that for the cost, the ROI would be low for us to fork out for unfortunately. 

With that in mind, (and also the fact that we don't hold events, which I know can be quite the useful tool for attracting high net worths), I'm a bit stuck as to how to go about cultivating a major donor programme... with little to no info to go on 🤷‍♀️ 
I was hoping maybe someone here would have some handy tips or advice for getting going with a major donor prgoramme where nothing currently exists and the option for a wealth screening has been taken off the table. 

For info - we already segment our communications to our supporter base, depending on previous donation amounts, and tailor any comms to those people who have tended to give higher amounts in the past.

All suggestions, ideas, comments etc more than welcome!
