Simple payment option for clients (and staff)

Hi everyone,

I need to find a very simple payment software that allows us to accept card payments from our clients.

Wish list would be:

- setup recurring payment requests

- send payment reminders

- send invoices/receipts to clients

- payments can be taken if person is onsite (without the use of a card machine).

We're a charity so I'd like to keep costs and charges as low as possible.

We already have a CMS so our preference is something we can easily setup for each client, for example email address, cost and payment dates with confirmation of payment so we can record that on our CMS.

Can anyone recommend something?
