My issue was not being able to submit GiftAid claims.
This week I can see that the platform has recently been updated, with a new AI feature.
I tried submitting a new gift aid claim which failed, however this time it was a rejection by the HMRC gateway.
I reached out to the support email and I had a reply. The platform is being supported again.
My issue this time with the gift aid claim was that the address information was missing for 2 regular donors. I was able to update the donations and successfully re-submit the claim. (I am now waiting for the next recurring payments to check if the addresses are now being completed ok).
I also went through the list of donors and deleted around 800 John Smiths!!
