So far, I got this:
- Defining KPIs / goals and monitoring it
- Designing the website or other channels to reach customers/donators, etc
- Get volunteers to help
- Online sales
- building an app
Is there anything else you feel is a more significant challenge? Which one would you say is the more urgent problem?
