What can we do for our staff as a 'thank you'?

As a regional charity we are unable to offer a salary increase this year, however we wanted to present a 'gift' to our hard working staff as 'thank you' for all their hard work.

Has anyone else done this in their charity? It would be great to hear what you gifted and if there were any tax implications.
