Where can we find working pattern number/percentages?

Our CEO has asked for figures on number/percentage of staff working e.g. compressed hours/part time hours, etc.
She has then asked how our figures might compare to employers at large, or the rest of the charity sector...
Any recommendations for where to look for these sort of figures from other orgs please...?
