I'm supporting Natural Neighbours, which is a very new charity. We are looking at what the organisation needs to do regarding the IT area overall for the coming 12 months or so. What are the priorities, what things will help us grow, what things should be done before other things, etc. 

Is there anyone with the relevant experience who would be willing to support us with this? Someone who will listen to our ideas, act as a sounding board, identify gaps and the best actions and plans to put in place. Ideally someone fairly senior who has experience both of IT strategy/planning in a charity and also someone who understands the needs and constraints of a start up organisation.
