How many systems do you use and what for?

IT

Luci Brady Head of Finance and Operations at Cardiomyopathy UK Posted 3 months ago

Hi,
We are trying to streamline our processes and it looks like we will still need 3-4 systems to capture everything and then we will are trying to work out how we can look after those who belong in multiple systems!
Currently using a system that does everything but very difficult to use and keep up to date and needs constant developing. We also use Mailchimp.

We need a Fundraising system (looking to move to Donorfy)
We need to continue recording confidential patient data from a helpline we run
We are using a volunteer management system that only really has the capability for this use only
We have different users who require different services from us and sometimes donate and sometimes do not. Some may sign up for a newsletter for example and that is it.

Can i have some examples of what systems people are using and how you record and keep all of your data?
Thank you!
