Hi! A charity I work with is about to go out to recruit for a Strategic Communications Manager (recruitment agency will be sorted shortly - not looking for support with recruitment). This role will need to line manage a digital lead, a marketing lead and a campaigns & PR lead, it's a crucial role to help the department become less of a servicing department (we've all been there, haven't we!) and more of a strategic partner.
As it's a brand new role and more of a strategic rather than a hands-on role, they'd like some pointers on interview questions. If anyone has a similar role in their charity, perhaps you could share some wisdom? Thank you 😀
