With nearly 10 years experience as a social worker working with children and families, Josiane has worked with numerous Independent Fostering Agencies and a local authority. as such she has acquired skills and knowledge needed to address issue identify by Magnat which is the lack of early intervention service to prevent children entering the care system.  

As a mother of a young adult who was diagnosed with Autism and Learning difficulties decades ago, Josiane has the skills and knowledge in this field and as such is able advice the organisation in term of how to support young people and families going through similar issue.  
 
Josiane has good knowledge of business and management practice from her time spent as a director for an online retail company; and this put her in a position to deal with any matters related to the organisation finance including growth and development
