As general manager, my main role is to ensure that we represent the interests of ostomates ( people living with a stoma) in everything that we do. This includes promoting our work as widely as possible and ensuring that our office team, volunteers and trustees are supported in the delivery of all our services. I also take the lead in our strategic planning and make sure that, as a charity, we implement our campaigns and projects successfully.
